Job summary

Crystalbrook Kingsley in Newcastle seeks a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business and revenue growth across Corporate, Government, Conference and Leisure segments. You will build strong client Relationships, identify opportunities and collaborate with Global Sales and hotel teams to maximize market share.

You will represent Crystalbrook Kingsley at trade shows, conduct site inspections and deliver compelling proposals, ensuring seamless handovers and exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in hospitality sales, business development or a related commercial environment.
• Proactively identifies and develops new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with credibility at all levels.
• Confidence engaging with senior executives and industry partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation and storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive proactive prospecting and new business development across Corporate, Government, Conference and Leisure segments.
• Identify, qualify and convert opportunities across accommodation, meetings, events and catering.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Work with Global Sales and hotel team to maximize revenue and market share.
• Lead proposals, quotations and conversion strategies to win business.
• Develop innovative sales strategies informed by market knowledge and customer needs.
• Host site inspections and stakeholder experiences to convey Crystalbrook Kingsley’s story.
• Represent Crystalbrook at trade shows, missions, and networking events.
• Deliver financial and non-financial objectives while supporting the hotel’s commercial strategy.
