Job summary

Crystalbrook Kingsley is recruiting enthusiastic Food & Beverage staff for its luxury Newcastle hotel. You will deliver exceptional service across sections including a-la-carte and gastro pub offerings, with mainly evening shifts and casual/part-time contracts.

For those on a working holiday visa, a minimum six-month commitment is expected. We seek passionate, engaging professionals with high-volume service experience, NSW RSA certification, and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, a-la-carte restaurant is advantageous.
• Absolute passion for your craft and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to anticipate and respond to customer requests professionally and promptly.
• NSW RSA Certificate is required and NSW-based staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service in section wait staff for A-La Carte and Gastro Pub menus.
• Serve food and drinks, uphold standards, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Engage guests with a warm, professional and proactive attitude.
• Support a memorable guest experience across venues including Roundhouse and other bars.

The Role

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic skills for our trailblazing luxury hotel in the heart of Newcastle - it goes without saying that you will have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage.

• Food and Drink Servers - to suit all tastes and styles

We can offer various shifts, mainly in the evening, on both casual and part time contracts. For those on a current working holiday visa, we request a minimum 6 month working commitment.

About You

We take great pride in delivering the very best cuisine experience at Roundhouse and the most wonderful social experience in Romberg's Roof Top Bar and at Ms Mary's Bar and Terrace. Because of this we are seeking passionate, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!
