Minor Hotels ANZ is seeking an experienced Building Manager for Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites. You will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of the property, reporting to the Hotel Manager and ensuring high standards for owners, residents, and guests.

You will manage building services, safety compliance, and contractor activities, while supporting budgeting and capital expenditure planning. This role requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach in a hospitality environment.

Formación

• Experience in Building/Facilities Management or a similar role.
• Experience in strata/residential/mixed-use or hospitality environments is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day operation and presentation of the property.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas, building infrastructure and plant equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor activities across the property.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, residents, guests and service providers.
• Ensure building services, including fire, security, mechanical and electrical systems, are maintained and compliant.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
• Manage maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
• Support budgeting, cost control and capital expenditure planning.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant building regulations.
• Respond to operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimise disruption.
