Job summary

Oaks Sydney Goldsbrough Suites, operated by Minor Hotels, is seeking an experienced Building Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance and presentation of the property. You will report to the Hotel Manager and play a key role in protecting and enhancing the asset while delivering exceptional service to owners, residents, guests and contractors.

• Experience in Building Management or Facilities Management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building operations and contractor management.
• Experience in strata, residential, mixed-use or hospitality environments is valued.
