Bolton Clarke Tantula Rise Home on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a dedicated cleaner to support our residents by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness across the facility. You will work as part of a team that values dignity, respect and high-quality care.

Daily tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting and bathroom cleaning, replenishing supplies, and assisting with personal requirements while following infection control practices.

Competenze

• Experience in aged care or hotel services desirable.
• Reliability and ability to take direction from others.
• Good time management and able to work under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Pre-employment checks including National Police Check.

Mansioni

• Clean and maintain all facility areas to a high standard.
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and tidying.
• Clean bathroom facilities.
• Attend to residents' personal requirements by ensuring cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and equipment.

The Role

You will be part of a team dedicated to our residents, contributing to a model of care that goes above and beyond every day. Every day you will be making a difference in people’s lives, building fabulous relationships with our residents and their families.

• Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times
• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience desirable
• Willingness to take direction from others
• Reliability and shift flexibility
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
• Pre employment checks; complete a National Police Check
