Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is hiring for a cleaning role at our 120-bed Residential aged care home in the Brisbane area. You will contribute to a high standard of cleanliness across all facility areas and support residents and staff with a hygienic environment.

Qualifications

• Previous aged care or hotel services experience (desirable).
• Willingness to take direction from others.
• Reliability and shift flexibility.
• Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Pre employment checks, including completing a National Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors.
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying.
• Cleaning bathroom facilities.
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment located in residents' rooms.
• Assist with providing a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices.
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required.

Ensure that all areas of the facility are clean and maintained at a high standard at all times.

• Vacuuming, mopping and polishing floors
• Dusting, polishing and general tidying
• Cleaning bathroom facilities
• Attending to residents' personal requirements by ensuring the cleanliness of bedside cupboards, tables and other equipment or furniture located in the residents' room
• Assist with the provision of a safe, efficient and hygienic care service through maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control practices
• Replenish and restock cleaning trolleys as required
