YHA Australia is seeking a proactive Guest Services All-Rounder for the Blue Mountains property. The role spans Reception, Housekeeping, Guest Activities/Events and Food & Beverage, offering exposure to multiple hospitality operations and opportunities for growth within a national network.

The position is casual, 18+ years old, with a focus on delivering welcoming guest experiences and maintaining high standards across services. RSA and First Aid are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask across front desk, housekeeping and food services.

Responsibilities

• Reception: greet guests and manage check-in/check-out and billing.
• Guest activities: plan and promote events to engage guests.
• Housekeeping: maintain rooms and public areas to high standards.
• Food & Beverage: assist with kitchen and bar duties as needed.
• Health & safety: follow policies to keep guests and staff safe.
