Job summary

Pullman Magenta Shores on the NSW Central Coast seeks a Hospitality All Rounder to support day-to-day operations across Food & Beverage, Front Office and Housekeeping. You will deliver exceptional service and engage guests with genuine care, while contributing to a balanced, memorable stay in a luxury resort environment.

You will rotate through outlets and events, help guests with recommendations, and work with a diverse team to uphold the high standards of Accor’s Pullman brand.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer facing hospitality role is a plus.
• Genuine passion for guest care and engaging with patrons.
• Capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalised food and beverage suggestions in outlets or events.
• Proactively source information to expand product knowledge.
• Be the go-to source for neighbourhood hotspots and must-visit gems.
• From check-in to check-out you will deliver exceptional hospitality for a memorable stay.
• Communicate confidently with guests and colleagues to enable seamless teamwork.
• Clean guest rooms and public spaces to create an outstanding first impression.
• Use cleaning materials and chemicals with care, adhering to safety protocols.
