The hospital provides a range of services including an emergency department, day surgery, medical, surgical and maternity services, along with a 24 hour critical care unit and Cath Lab services.**About the role**We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused **Hospital Concierge & Security Officer** to be the welcoming face of our hospital. In this rewarding role, you will create a positive first impression for patients, visitors, and caregivers, providing exceptional service, assistance, and guidance while ensuring everyone feels welcomed, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive.Working primarily at the front of house, you will also play an important role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and caregivers. You will respond to emergency codes in support of clinical teams and assist operational departments when required.
