St John of God Geelong Hospital is seeking a reliable Receptionist to join our Consulting Suites. This part-time role offers 22.5 hours per week across three days (Mon, Tue and Wed), 9:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility to negotiate hours for the successful candidate.
You will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients, consultants and key stakeholders.

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and welcoming Receptionist to join our busy Consulting Suites team. This part-time opportunity offers 22.5 hours per week across three days (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), working 9:00am to 5:00pm, with some flexibility to negotiate hours for the successful candidate. Working within a specialist medical environment, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for patients while supporting consultants and contributing to the smooth delivery of private outpatient services. As the first point of contact for our Consulting Suites, you will provide exceptional customer service and high-quality administrative support to patients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
