ADAMA Australia is seeking an experienced Market Development Manager for the Southern Region to create demand and shape markets for horticultural products. You will translate market insights into compelling product positioning, lead field trials, demonstrations and training, and engage growers, agronomists, spray contractors, distributors and industry bodies across the region.

Formación

• Agricultural Science degree required; Agsafe accreditation considered a plus.
• Extensive Crop Protection industry experience in Technical, Product Development, or Commercial roles with horticulture exposure.
• Strong knowledge of crop protection products and pesticide application; ability to communicate technical data clearly.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills; capable of influencing multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Create market demand: lead field trials, demonstrations, customer events, training programs, and technical initiatives to build awareness and adoption of ADAMA's horticultural products.
• Shape portfolio opportunities: collaborate to develop product positioning, value propositions, market insights, and identify market opportunities.
• Build industry influence: cultivate relationships with growers, agronomists, spray contractors, distributor teams, industry bodies, and other influencers.
• Provide technical leadership: support the Commercial team with technical data and act as a technical lead for key customer groups and selected markets.
