Job summary

Horticulture Fresh Australia Pty Ltd – Monbulk VIC is seeking an able marketing coordinator to develop and coordinate national campaigns for plant varieties and product launches. You will manage social media, websites, e-newsletters and digital marketing, while creating promotional materials and media content.

You will support commercial development, build relationships across nurseries and garden centres, and manage annual promotional programs with reporting on results.

Qualifications

• Genuine interest in plants and horticulture.
• Strong marketing, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in horticulture, agriculture or marketing is preferred.
• Self-motivated and commercially minded.
• Comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Developing and coordinating national marketing campaigns and product launches
• Managing social media, websites, e-newsletters and digital marketing
• Creating promotional materials, plant labels, photography and video content
• Supporting the commercial development of new plant varieties
