Qualifications

• > A tertiary qualification in Horticulture or a related discipline.
• > Experience designing and conducting product or application trials.
• > Strong analytical, data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
• > Ability to translate technical information into clear, consumer-friendly content.
• > Excellent planning, organisation and project-management capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Creating and commercialising innovative new products across Yates’ home garden categories.
• Turning consumer needs, market insights and emerging trends into new product opportunities.
• Exploring new technologies, formulations and product formats to deliver differentiated consumer solutions.
• Collaborating with Marketing, suppliers and cross-functional teams to bring new ideas to market.
• Developing innovation briefs and translating product concepts into clear technical requirements.
• Using technical evaluation and targeted trials to optimise concepts and validate product performance.
• Building a forward-looking pipeline of innovation opportunities to support future category growth.
