Job summary

Lifecare Homecare is seeking a Client Services Officer to join our dedicated Homecare team in Cloverdale, WA. This full-time role supports our Allied Health team with clerical tasks, patient record setup, appointment scheduling and practitioner assignments. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 9am–5pm hours and on-site parking.

You will work in a friendly team, receive on-the-job training, and benefit from transport accessibility. A National Police Check is required before commencement.

Qualifications

• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.
• Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• National Police Check is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive and efficient clerical services to team members, stakeholders and the public.
• Set up new patient records into the database.
• Schedule appointments for patients and assign practitioners.
• Maintain appropriate storage of patient records.
• Participate in team meetings.
