Job summary

NAB is seeking motivated Home Lending Specialists to join our Hub team in Adelaide. You will guide clients through the home loan process with personalised advice, delivering a customer-centric experience and leveraging NAB’s technology for innovative lending solutions.

You will build relationships with customers, real estate agents and brokers to grow the network, work collaboratively with colleagues, and focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, driven, proactive, able to work independently or in a team.
• Passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.
• Experience with business development.
• Tech-savvy, ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Experience in the finance or banking sector preferred, particularly in lending.
