Job summary

JB Hi‑Fi is seeking a Home Coordinator to lead the home department, delivering exceptional in‑store and online customer experiences. You will work with a team to ensure safety, compliance, and high performance while supporting sales and profitability.

The role suits energetic retail professionals with knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods, strong cash handling and POS skills, and the ability to thrive in a casual, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience and broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods.
• Proven customer service background and cash handling experience.
• Ability to sell retail products and work under pressure.

Job Description

As a Home Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create, support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, ensuring that the home department is supported, including:

• Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers
• Ensuring all Home Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting
• Cross train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services
• Achievement of sales and profitability targets for your store

Qualifications

• You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods
• Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems)
• The ability to sell retail products and merchandise, and the ability to work under pressure
