• Experience in workforce planning, development, organisational development, project coordination or analytics.
• Understanding workforce challenges in aged care, healthcare or related sectors.
• Strong ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Experience preparing reports, presentations and planning documentation.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support workforce planning and development initiatives across Home Care.
• Analyse workforce data, trends and insights to identify risks and needs.
• Develop workforce reports, dashboards and recommendations for decisions.
• Coordinate career development programs to support growth and retention.
• Contribute to talent pipeline and sustainability initiatives.
• Build partnerships with education providers and stakeholders.
• Support projects related to service growth and continuous improvement.
• Research trends and develop recommendations to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with leaders, People & Culture and L&D teams on initiatives.
• Promote innovative workforce solutions to strengthen service delivery.
