Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a part-time Personal Care Worker to support clients in Brisbane's CBD and inner suburbs. You will deliver personal care, companionship, and practical help to help older Australians live independently at home.

The role offers flexible shifts, a supportive team, and career development within a not-for-profit aged care organisation. Valid Australian work rights and a current First Aid & CPR certification are expected.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aging) or equivalent qualification is required.
• Australian Driver licence and own vehicle are required.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Police Check valid within the last 3 years.
• Current working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (showering, hygiene) to clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning and meal preparation.
• Provide social connection and companionship to support wellbeing.
• Support clients to maintain independence and daily living in their homes.
