Job summary

Bolton Clarke is seeking a Personal Care Worker to support older Australians in their own homes across the Shoalhaven region. This permanent part-time role offers consistent weekday shifts and a supportive team environment.

You will provide personal care, assistance with daily activities, and companionship, with training and non-profit benefits including salary packaging and employee wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Australian Driver licence and Own vehicle.
• Current First Aid & CPR.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
• Experience in care role highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to help older Australians live independently in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and coordinated services (transport to appointments, shopping, house cleaning, and meal preparation).
• Provide social connection and companionship.
