Job summary

Bolton Clarke Group is seeking a Personal Care Worker to join our Community Aged Care team in Western Sydney. This permanent part-time role focuses on delivering person-centred in-home support to older Australians, helping them stay independent in their own homes.

You will provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, transport to appointments, and encourage social connection and meaningful activities, with Monday and Friday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) is required.
• Australian Driver licence and own vehicle preferable.
• First Aid & CPR certification must be current.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
• Police Check within the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (showering, hygiene).
• Assist to live well with transport, shopping, cleaning and meals.
• Offer social connection and companionship to clients.
