My Guardian is seeking a caring Carer to join our team in Palm Beach, Queensland, Australia. You will provide high‑quality, person‑centred care, offering companionship, emotional support, and assistance with daily tasks to help clients live with dignity and independence.

This role involves travel to Palm Beach QLD 4221 and requires flexibility to work around the candidate’s availability, plus opportunities for training and career development.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and meal prep.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping and social activities.
• Strong ability to document services and complete reports in line with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote wellbeing and reduce loneliness.
• Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
• Monitor and record changes in clients’ health or behaviour, reporting concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure dignity, privacy, and safeguarding at all times.

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus.
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one.
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care.
• Valid police check, or willing to obtain one.
