Job summary

Right at Home Gold Coast is seeking caring Aged Care Workers to join our team on a casual basis in the Southern area of Gold Coast. You will help clients live safely and independently at home, delivering personalised, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal support, companionship, and light household tasks. You will work with a supportive clinical team and follow care plans to ensure high-quality, client-focused services in home settings.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care, Home & Community Care or currently studying nursing/health is required.
• Current First Aid & CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Full working rights in Australia.

• Supporting clients with meals and daily routines.
• Providing companionship and emotional support.
