My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to provide person-centred support to clients in Murwillumbah, NSW. You will assist with companionship, light household duties, transport to appointments, and monitor health changes while upholding dignity and privacy.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports per requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willingness to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or willingness to obtain one

Responsibilities

• Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping.
