My Guardian is seeking a compassionate Carer to join our team in NSW, traveling to Cootamundra 2590. You will provide person-centred care, companionship, and support with daily tasks to promote dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include documenting services, monitoring health changes, and maintaining client records. We offer flexible scheduling, sponsorship opportunities, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience providing domestic assistance (cleaning, laundry, meal prep) and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities to promote independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to document services, incidents, and reports per organisational requirements.
• Certificate III in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus; NDIS Check and First Aid are preferred.
• Police check or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

• Monitor and record changes in clients’ health or behaviour, reporting concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate care records and ensure dignity, privacy, and safeguarding at all times.

Skills, Experiences and Qualifications:

• Experience providing domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Experience supporting clients with transport to appointments, shopping, and social activities, promoting independence and community engagement.
• Strong ability to accurately document services provided, record incidents, and complete reports in line with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent is a plus
• A valid NDIS Check, or willing to obtain one
• Current First Aid Certificate, as this is necessary to complete personal care
• Valid police check, or is willing to obtain one
