Job summary

Right at Home is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to deliver compassionate, high-quality home care in the Central Coast, NSW. You will help clients live empowered and independent lives at home and work with a supportive care team.

Role involves supporting daily living activities, following care plans, and contributing to a flexible, inclusive work environment. Valid certificates and driving access are preferred.

Our home care agency offers services in aged and disability care to clients on the Central Coast, NSW
If you are a Personal Care Worker and have community care experience, then we would like to talk to you!

Your new role will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients with their activities of daily living such as personal hygiene, nutrition, and mobility
• Following client care plans and actively identifying client care needs
• Communicating and collaborating with the clients care team and significant others
• Following appropriate policies and procedures applicable to clients in their own home
• Performing light housekeeping tasks to facilitate client’s self-care at home

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum Certificate III in either Aged Care, Disability Services, Community Service or related experience
• Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police check
• Current or willing to obtain a First Aid and CPR certificate
• Smart mobile phone
• Full Australian Driver’s licence and own reliable insured car
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• High level of time management and organisational ability
• Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal skills
