Job summary

Silverchain Group in Bowral is seeking a compassionate Home Care Worker to help older adults stay living independently at home. You will provide practical household assistance, personal care support, and friendly companionship for clients and their families.

The role requires a valid Australian driver’s licence and access to your own insured vehicle, with 3–6 months' aged care experience. We offer paid CPR/First Aid training, generous benefits, and a supportive team in a not-for-profit

Qualifications

It takes a special person to be a Home Care Worker and help the older members of our community to maintain their home and enhance their wellbeing. We are looking for just that person to join the Silverchain team in Bowral and surrounding suburbs.

In addition, you will need:

• A valid Australian Driver's Licence & your own insured, roadworthy vehicle
• An interest in community care or aged care (3 - 6 months previous experience in a similar role).

In the role of Home Care Worker you will be providing our aged care clients with home help services, such as:
