Job summary

Community Services #1 is inviting applications for Casual Home Care Worker(s) to deliver person-centred care that supports independence and wellbeing in the ACT region. The role focuses on domestic assistance, personal care, and community participation, with emphasis on dignity and confidentiality.

You will work with clients per their individual plans, maintain shift notes, and escalate concerns to the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent required.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Able to obtain required pre-employment checks (Police Check and Working with Children Check).
• Strong documentation and confidentiality practice.

About you

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, relevant experience delivering home care/aged care support (domestic assistance and/or personal care) and 3+ months aged carer experience.
