Job summary

Australian Unity Limited is seeking experienced Home Care Support Workers to serve Barham, Kondrook and surrounding areas. The role offers permanent part-time or casual contracts, with paid induction and a stable roster.

You will provide in-home support, including cleaning, personal care and transportation, while building relationships with clients and families. Applicants must hold a current Australian driver’s license with a reliable insured vehicle; availability to work Monday to Friday

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s License and ownership of a reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Flexibility to work rosters between Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Help at Home: cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Transportation and Personal Care: assist customers with appointments, shopping, social outings, showering, toileting, feeding.
• Client Awareness: building relationships with clients and their families, conducting client observations with ongoing support and training.
• Safety Practices: adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe.

Our Home Health program delivers in-home support services to our aged care customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.

We are seekingExperiencedHome Care Support Workers in Barham, Kondrook and surrounding areas.

• $32.61 to $36.59/hour(dependent on experience) + 12% super + travel allowance of $0.92 per KM + paid travel time

Your New Role
