Job summary

HammondCare is seeking Home Care Support Workers to support clients in Northern Sydney & Beaches. The role involves visiting clients’ homes using your own car, earning $32.91–$36.50 per hour, plus reimbursement of $1.05 per km and paid travel time.

You will work with compassionate adults, travelling across Dee Why, Manly, North Sydney, Cromer, Neutral Bay, Seaforth, Mosman and surrounding areas, delivering in‑home care and support.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or willingness to upskill with our help.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as showering and dressing.

We are looking for compassionate and reliable Carers to support our clients living in the Northern Beaches area:

Dee Why,Manly, North Sydney, Cromer, Neutral Bay, Seaforth, Mosman and all over the Northern Sydney Region

To be successful in these roles, candidates must be able to travel to and between these suburbs in your own car to provide in‑home care and support.

About you

• You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused
• You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care
• You have a valid Driver's Licence and access to your own insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
• Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you
• You'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
