HammondCare in Sydney is seeking compassionate Carers to provide essential in-home care to help older people live independently, with travel to clients' homes using your own car and paid travel time.

The role covers personal care, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, and medication support; requires valid driver’s licence and access to insured car. The position is based in the Northern Beaches area and supports flexible hours.

Qualificações

• You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused
• You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care
• You have a valid Driver's Licence and access to your own insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
• Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you’re not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you
• You'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
