HammondCare is seeking Home Care Support Workers to serve clients in Northern Sydney & Beaches. You will provide essential and practical in-home care to help older people live independently, traveling between suburbs in your own car.

Offering hourly rates from $32.91 to $36.50 plus $1.05 per km, paid travel time, and a mobile phone. Training is provided, with opportunities for career development and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel to and between suburbs in your own car.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable vehicle (min Third Party).
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support preferred; training offered.

Responsibilities

Dee Why,Manly, North Sydney, Cromer, Neutral Bay, Seaforth, Mosman and all over the Northern Sydney Region

To be successful in these roles, candidates must be able to travel to and between these suburbs in your own car to provide in-home care and support.

About you

• You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused


• You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care


• You have a valid Driver's Licence and access to your own insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)


• Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you


• You’ll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
