Job summary

HammondCare is seeking caring Carers in New South Wales to support older adults in their homes across the Northern Beaches. The role requires you to travel to clients' homes in your own car, earning $0.99 per km plus paid travel time, with an included hourly rate of $32.91–$36.50.

You will provide essential in-home care, assist with daily tasks and help clients maintain independence. A valid driver’s licence and insured vehicle are required; Certificate III in Aged Care is preferred and training

• Experience in aged or community care is preferred.
• Valid Driver's Licence and access to insured car.
• Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred; we can help you obtain it.

To be successful in these roles, candidates must be able to travel to and between these suburbs in your own car to provide in‑home care and support.

About you

• You can relate to people and you're patient and solutions-focused
• You may have previous experience in aged or community care or are looking to start your career in aged care
• You have a valid Driver's Licence and access to your own insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance)
• Ideally, you'll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. If you're not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help you
• You'll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients
