Job summary

Uniting AgeWell in Swan Hill, Victoria, seeks an inspirational Home Care Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across Home Care and Respite services, delivering high-quality care in a regional community.

You will drive service improvements, manage budgets and workforce planning, and build strong relationships with families and community partners, shaping services and outcomes for older people in the region.
