Job summary

We Care Staffing Solutions is seeking a Personal Care Worker for home care in Katherine, NT. This casual role involves traveling to clients’ homes to provide personal and domestic support, including grooming, mobility assistance, and meal preparation.

You will work under care plans and My Aged Care funding, ensuring a respectful, client‑centred approach and reliable vehicle for travel between homes.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged or disability care.
• Able to travel to clients' homes and maintain a fully insured vehicle.
• Understand care plans and My Aged Care funding.
• Strong customer service and respectful approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to clients.
• Assist with personal care, grooming, mobility, meals, and light cleaning.
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
