• A relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Health, Aged Care, Finance, Management or a related discipline.

We are seeking a commercially minded and strategic Community Home Care Manager based across the Canberra, ACT region to lead the establishment, development and growth of community-based aged care services. This is an exciting opportunity to combine strategic leadership, business development and operational management to build sustainable services that support older people to live independently and maintain their quality of life.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead service development, operational readiness, regulatory compliance and business growth, ensuring services are safe, high-quality and financially sustainable.
