Job summary

McGrath Port Stephens is a family owned and operated business in Nelson Bay, part of Australia's leading real estate brand, McGrath. This role is within our holiday management team, based at the Nelson Bay office with a five day week including one Saturday per month.

You will manage communications with owners, conduct routine inspections and maintenance, monitor reviews, and contribute to a generous commission structure that rewards hard work.

Qualifications

Must have recent property management or customer care experience.
Current licence or assistant agents licence required.

McGrath Port Stephens is a family owned and operated business right in the heart of Nelson Bay, yet part of Australia's leading real estate brand, McGrath.

We are the largest property management team in the area working on permanent managements, holidays and commercial. We have all the best systems in town and invest heavily in what helps our team. Our Principal cares about property management and backs the team with support and training.

This is a position within our holiday management team managing your own portfolio of properties. The position is based out of our Nelson Bay office and involves a five day work week including Saturday once a month.
