Job summary

Ingenia Communities is seeking a Full-Time Park Manager for Old Bar Beach Holidays site. You will lead the park team to deliver outstanding guest experiences, oversee day-to-day operations, and maintain safety and quality standards across the park.

You will build strong relationships with guests, residents, team members, and local partners while driving performance and a guest-focused culture. All applicants must have Australian working rights.

Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of the park, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and contributing to a high‑performing team
