Job summary

WorkTrybe in Melbourne seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner for high-volume, fast-paced recruitment with real impact. You will own recruitment across multiple portfolios, building talent pipelines and moving quickly to place 25+ interviews per week and 30+ placements per month.

With hybrid flexibility after six months—three fixed office days and two days from home—you'll join a supportive TA team and partner with hiring managers to keep teams resourced and performing at their best.

Qualifications

• Proven success in high-volume recruitment across blue-collar, healthcare, facilities management, logistics, or similar operational workforces.
• Creative and proactive sourcing to build talent pools beyond ads.
• Manage 25+ interviews per week and 30+ placements per month.
• Strong stakeholder management and delivery-focused mindset.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruit across multiple portfolios and partner with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines; proactive candidate engagement.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Leverage technology to improve speed and quality of hires.
