Job summary

Randstad Professionals, on behalf of a global information-management leader, seeks Document Prep/Scanners for the Truganina team. Two shift options are available: 7am–3pm or 11am–7pm, Monday to Friday.

You will prep documents for archiving, validate records, perform high‑volume scanning, and assist with data entry and file handling. A positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail are essential to help the team deliver accurate results.

Qualifications

• High-volume document scanning experience or ability to learn fast.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy in sorting and categorising.
• Reliable and punctual with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Prepping documents for archiving: removing staples, sorting and categorising documents.
• Validation of records and unboxing/boxing files as required.
• High-volume document scanning and computer operation.
• Other duties as advised and basic data entry.
