Exceed People. is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with strong HV expertise for an immediate start on a major energy project in the Hunter region. This site-based role leads electrical works in a large-scale HV environment and requires an on-site presence.

You will supervise electrical crews, drive HV installation to schedule, and collaborate with engineers, project managers and trades to meet safety and quality standards. Availability to start now is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong HV experience on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience supervising electrical teams in a construction environment.
• Unrestricted electrical licence.
• Strong safety focus and ability to lead on site.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating electrical crews on site.
• Leading HV installation works to program, safety and quality requirements.
• Working closely with the broader project team, including engineers, project managers and other trades.
