Zusammenfassung

CSI Mining Services is seeking experienced High Risk Trainers to deliver high-quality training, assessment and verification of competency for high-risk activities. Based at the Osborne Park HQ with travel to Kwinana and South Guildford CSI facilities, you will develop capable, safety-conscious personnel and ensure compliance with legislation and procedures.

You will hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) and current high-risk licences, with strong communication and coaching

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is required.
• Current high-risk work licences and operational competency listed (e.g., DG, RB, RI, CN, C6, WP, FL).
• Experience delivering workplace-based training and competency assessments.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high risk training and assessments (theory and practical).
• Conduct VOC assessments for plant, equipment and licences.
• Develop and maintain training materials, tools and records.
• Provide coaching to operators, trainees and supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, standards and site procedures.
• Identify gaps and recommend training actions.
• Maintain training records and support continuous improvement.
