Overview

CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services and a subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd. CSI operates in Western Australia and Queensland, supporting MinRes projects and external clients with capital infrastructure and whole‑of‑life operational expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess compliance training to MinRes employees and contractors.
• Ensure all drivers and relevant personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of haulage operations to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
• Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and operators regarding compliance best practices.
• Stay up to date with changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practices relating to haulage and transport compliance.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent – essential.
• Demonstrated experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
• Mobile Crushing Experience.
• Various current RII tickets (e.g., Loader, Grader, Excavator).
• High-Risk Licence desirable.
• Working at Height, Gas Testing and/or confined space desirable.
• White Card.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
• Current C driver's licence is essential and MC for Haulage Compliance Trainers.
