Job summary

CSI Mining Services, a subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd, is recruiting a Roving Compliance Trainer for the haulage space. The role operates on a rolling 8:6 roster and may be on MinRes or client sites across Western Australia, offering variety and travel opportunities.

You will develop, deliver and assess haulage compliance training, ensure drivers are trained to company and legal standards, and maintain training records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent is essential.
• Current MC driver's licence is essential.
• Experience in mine haulage, heavy vehicle operations or transport compliance.
• RII tickets for Loader, Grader, Excavator desirable.
• Rio Tinto & BHP induction desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• High-level attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess haulage compliance training to MinRes employees and contractors.
• Ensure all drivers and relevant personnel are trained and competent in accordance with company and legal standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of haulage operations to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, manuals and compliance documentation.
• Identify and report areas for improvement in training and safety procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to site supervisors and operators regarding compliance best practices.
• Keep up to date with changes in regulations, industry standards, and best practice relating to haulage and transport compliance.

As the business once again continues to grow, we are looking for a Roving Compliance Trainer in our Haulage Space to going the Training team. This role will work on a rolling 8:6 roster and may be on a MinRes site or client site.
