Beaumont Care is seeking an experienced Support Worker or EN for high-intensity care in the Redcliffe area. The role focuses on person-centred clinical care at home and in the community, including PEG feeding, insulin monitoring and emergency response.

We offer shifts across mornings, afternoons and nights, seven days a week. The role starts on a casual basis with the potential to become permanent within a few months.

Qualificações

• Experience in disability or community care settings preferred.
• Understanding of high intensity support requirements under the NDIS.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in line with individual support plans.
• Provide high intensity daily living supports including PEG feeding and nutritional monitoring, bowel care, catheter management, seizure management and emergency response.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with NDIS Practice Standards.
• Promote independence and wellbeing through respectful and empowering support.
• Shifts available mornings, afternoons, nights and sleepovers, seven days; casual with view to permanent.
