Anglicare Southern Queensland – Cleveland QLD is seeking a dedicated Home Care Worker on a permanent part-time basis to service Wynnum and Manly. The role offers in-home support including personal care, medication assistance, transport, and domestic duties with travel across Redlands.

Pay rate ranges from $36.59-$37.33/hr depending on experience. Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, plus relevant certifications such as a Police Certificate/NDIS card and

Qualifications

• Current National Police Certificate or Paid NDIS/Yellow Card.
• Current Drivers Licence and own reliable vehicle.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification.
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Disability Services or equivalent.
• Completion of Module HLTHPS006 - Assist clients with medication (or commitment to obtain)
• Completion of Module HLTAAP001 - Recognise healthy body systems (or commitment to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, aiding clients with daily living tasks to maintain independence.
• Assist with medication within the scope of practice and as deemed competent.
• Provide transport and accompany clients as needed.
• Perform domestic duties and support social needs.
• Follow care plans and document care provided.
