SkyCity Adelaide is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead The District, our high-energy sports bar and entertainment precinct, delivering exceptional guest experiences and standout beverage offering.

You will work closely with the Bars Manager to elevate our food and beverage offering, lead and develop your team, and maximise financial performance while keeping the venue running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ management experience in a sports bar or entertainment precinct.
• Proven leadership in high‑volume bar operations.
• Extensive beverage knowledge.
• Solid understanding of legislative requirements (casino experience a bonus).
• Excellent communication and high computer literacy.
