Qualifications

• 1 year bar management experience.
• Ability to lead, train and develop a bar team.
• Confident leading high-volume operations while keeping the team motivated.
• Commercially minded with stock, costs, purchasing and financial controls.
• Committed to maintaining food safety, workplace safety and venue presentation standards.
• Natural coach who develops people and builds high-performing teams.
• Leads from the front in peak periods and busy service.
• RSA and Approved Managers Certificate essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead every shift and create an energetic atmosphere with great service and memorable experiences.
• Build a high-performing team through recruitment and development.
• Drive venue performance by growing sales and improving efficiency.
• Manage operations across the venue, including bar and functions.
• Foster hospitality and turn guests into regulars.
• Ensure service is prepared, executed and presented to a high standard.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar for seamless service and pride.
• Set presentation standards across the venue.
• Coach the team with real-time feedback and celebrate wins.
• Monitor numbers using reporting to support revenue growth.
• Lead Friday and weekend moments, celebrations, and events.
• Lead from the front and support the team during busy times.
