Organised, hands-on and guest-focused, you will build a hospitable bar culture and coach staff to deliver consistently exceptional service during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or senior bartender role within a quality, high-volume venue
• Organised, confident and hands-on
• Strong beverage knowledge and genuine understanding of hospitality
• Ability to notice guest needs and keep the team moving during busy service
