Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in venue or bar management within high-volume bars or large-format venues.
• Expert cocktail and/or wine knowledge with a knack for creative menu development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train and develop a high-performing bar team.
• High standards of organisation, a flair for customer interaction and an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, cost control and financial reconciliations with precision.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for extraordinary experiences across multiple bars, ensuring every guest leaves wanting more
• Oversee daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations
• Lead, hire and train a dynamic bar team that thrives in a high-energy, high-volume environment
• Collaborate with the Group Beverage Manager to develop inventive cocktail lists that showcase global trends and timeless classics
• Manage all beverage operations, from stock and purchasing to quality and inventory control
• Support back-of-house operations including cellar organisation, maintenance and coordinating cleaning
• Perform financial reconciliations, including cash handling and balancing, to ensure accurate financial records
• Manage and supervise all bar staff, including scheduling, training and performance management
• Monitor and analyse bar performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
