Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead ICT programs across a complex government environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, and applying Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

This 12-month contract (with potential extensions) requires NV1 clearance, strong governance, risk, and budget management, and the ability to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience delivering and managing ICT functions and programs in government or large enterprise environments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, including coaching and motivating technical and non-technical teams.

Delivery Manager | ICT Programs

Lead and coordinate ICT delivery across a complex Australian Government environment, managing programs, operational activities, multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder outcomes across Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.

Location: ACT
Contract Duration: 12 months, possible 2 x 12-month extension
Security Clearance Requirement: NV1
